WotLK Transfer bug

Hi! I have a problem with transferring one of the characters. As seen in the screenshots below, on My Account page it says that Saintpriest has been transferred to Icecrown, however when i log in there is only one character there(the other priest I made and leveled around a week ago). Could someone help me, tell me how to resolve this or at least explain to me why it says a character is transferred when it clearly isn't?

Bump, since nobody replied and I don't know what to do and I'd like my char if it's possible...

is that your character? I guess not, maybe someone have deleted it from your account.
Did you ever shared your Account info with anyone else?

It's not my character, I know I didn't make a character in alliance(always horde). I also never shared my acc info with anyone. My Saintpriest was made before server merge, and I stopped playing wow altogether for a couple of years . Maybe it was deleted due to inactivity? I remember reading that if you donate you're excluded from server cleanup, but since I didn't donate maybe that happened?
