Hey I recently downloaded the Mists of Pandaria server after playing for a while on the Wrath of the Lich King server. The Wrath of the Lich King server works fine, but playing on the MoP server causes my computer to crash after a short time of play. This has happened to me before in every game as a result of a bad power supply, but it has been replaced. This MoP server is now the only game that does this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Assumed so. Your computer is clearly overheating. I would suggest you to make a proper hardware clean up; Clean all the dust in your computer and make sure you have a proper ventilation going on in order to avoid this situation. Your computer will always do this in order to avoid hardware damage thanks to the high temperatures that he is reaching while using certain applications. While in Wrath of the Lich King the client is more friendly since it requires less resources (such as RAM, video card), Mists of Pandaria already demands a lot more resources so your computer is not handling it properly. The options that you have right now are;
1) Avoid opening new applications (such as Internet browser, music players etc) and run MOP to see how you computer goes.
2) Make a proper clean-up and make sure your computer is ventilating properly.
