On Icecrown, I cannot register my signed guild charter. I have 9 unique signatures on it, and also have the charter in my primary bag. When I talk to the Stormwind Guild Master (Aldwin Laughlin), he has the option to "Register a Guild Charter", but when I click on it, nothing happens.

The way I solved the problem was to discard the signed guild charter, buy a new one, and get another 9 signatures. The second time around it worked. I know it's not a great solution, but the 2nd time around worked for me.
