Technical Hacked characters in the shop !?

I was checking the shop and saw several lvl 80 chars with no playtime at all...

How is it possible ?? There are several others characters like this one.

It seems like someone bought instant level up for 20 coins and is trying to sell the character for 30 coins. If something is wrong with it then it could only be a bug in character levelup feature on website but it's very unlikely. Getting level 80 instantly in game should not be possible even if some kind of hacks were used.
