cata zones

so let me guess most if not all quests in vashj'ir or twilight highlands still dont work?(yes i know some quests do work in those zones)

From what I've seen, yeah, pretty much. And the Alliance portal to Vashj'ir doesn't even work for me and same with a friend, so we just went to Uldum. I think it's very possible to get stuck at 84 without any quests though which is a problem, especially since a lot of the Uldum quests don't work either.

WHAT ? i leveled my alt not so long ago and i dinged 85 with 15 k bonus gold from quests

you can get to lvl 83-84 or mybe even 85 in uldum but i ussualy first go to hyjal or uldum and after that do some quests in other cata zones especcialy the one in twilight highlands called ˝enter the dragon queen˝ which sounds preety dirty

my usual leveling beyond 75 goes like this:
76 till 79/80 in Storm Peaks,
79/80 till 81/82 in Icecrown,
81/82 till 83 in Vashj'ir (fly from Dun Morogh or Hyjal > Orgrimmar Vashj'ir Portal)
83 till 84/85 in Deepholm if chain quests currently work,
else go to Hyjal and do quests until I finish the Flamebreaker part of the quest chain, then go to Uldum and do some quests there
finally around level 84 pick up hero's call board for twilight highlands, do the chain as far as it works and then head to the Crucible for my ding ding ding 85

have done something like 12 chars like that over the past year or so, but I do usually use full heirlooms until I get replacements (or even then put on heirlooms when giving in quests for the extra experience)

also if it's not completely obvious, I play on alliance so some differences may apply to horde players, mainly in vashj'ir and twilight highlands

It should only take you 5 to 7 hours to hit max level. Only works if you know almost all the none-working quest with full looms.

Hyjal is working surprisingly good now, sadly I turned one of the quests in Goldrinn shrine too early and got sent to the next phase and was unable to complete the previous quests
I tried to stay on Icecrown until 82 or so, but the tournament had like 2 or 3 and the flying ship didnt had any quests at all (maybe its a worgen bug?)
Whats people are mostly unaware is that you must get the Hero's Call Board quests before entering the new cata zones
Besides that, yes vashjir and twilight highlands are wastelands, even herbs or mobs are scarce there when it should be a number 1 choice for farming
