Can't open "Blizzard Updater" for patch 3.3.0

Patching up to 3.3.5, I ran into a brick wall with 3.3.0. I have tried downloading the same patch from different sites and I have not been able to open the Updater in each download. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Make sure you have upgraded to the right version that the patch requires. Check the if there is or isn't "a" at the end of the patch you last applied and what the next patch requires.
