How to catch 40 torches in 15 seconds.

So the other day I was doing the achievements trying to get my title and realized that every time I threw a torch in Dalaran it exploded and I couldn't catch it.
After taking a little break I went to Stormwind and did the torch quests there to try and get more torches (Bought my original ones off the AH), (The throw the torches at the marked areas and to catch the torch quest) and went back to Dalaran and tried again to get my achievement. Except this time it worked.

What I'm trying to say is you NEED to complete the torch quests in order to catch torches in Dalaran.

Yeah, the quests are literally there to "teach" you how to catch it, without that then your character wont get too far.
