Technical Talent tree bugged

Hey everybody

I'm having trouble with my talent tree. I'm a lvl 33 blood elf paladin and I can't choose any new talents in my talent tree. I've maxed out the initial talents in my retribution talent tree (benediction and deflection) and although it 'unlocked' new talents IE changing them from grey and unavailable there is no response when I click them. I told a GM about this but he just told me to delete my cache folder which really doesn't help. Did anyone else run into similar trouble? My unspent talent points keep stacking up and it's getting pretty annoying.
