Account not in Good Standing anymore after donation ban

Hi, I recently got (unjustly) banned for fraudulent payment after trying to donate. The ban has been lifted, however, I now lost my Good Standing, which greatly lowers the points I get each day.

Can you please put me back in Good Standing given that I did not deserve the ban ? (paymentwall oversensitivity)

Also, can I get back the points that I lost for not being in Good Standing these last three days when I was unjustly banned ? 0.5 x 3= 1.5 point

make again a ban appeal ticket to explain the problem or send a pm to a gm via forum.
