Well, to start with sorry for my English level and i'll try to explain the problems correctly.
I've been playing in the server for less than a month but some things would increase the amount of players in the server like:
- opening instances to get the transmog you want, i mean at least Lvl 70 pve dungeons. You can't even enter zul'farrak to get a **** transmog. A lot of people would spend their time and would stay in the server.
- reset CD's when finishing a duel.
- giving a kind of gifts like x1,5 conquest points for weekends or so to Increase the population, i mean whatever that could bring the server more people.
- ACTIVATE changerace at least, i'm not asking for changefaction, but the server needs that kind of things that doesnt break pvp survability and people would be funnier if they can change their race whenever they want, to test, or something stupid like being prettier with your transmog.

-Warsong is PvP ONLY server, no PvE content is to be opened
-If I recall correctly, it used to be a feature, but was removed due to possible ways of abuse
-There is a lot of custom content already, do you really think Warsong needs more of it?

1. As Deathmastered said, it's a PVP only server.
2. Using the dueling system from AT will prevent the abuses that were possible on the non-polished old Warsong one.
3. Not necessary as you only have one tier of grind above starter gear.
4. Definitely changerace and changefaction.
Basically since the date this was posted, the realm has not been in any process of development or at least none that we know of, so I really hope a change will soon happen.

If the server is not going to open dungeons, at least with X arenas and BGs played you should transmog your gear because we are bored of looking always the same.
The server needs to be stimulated with something cause it has turned really boring

just play neltharion if you want these so bad. The logical behind Warsong having dungeons and stuff kinda doesn't make sense for a pvp only realm, now does it?

Well, transmog is a Blizzard's possibility, then i want to look different and that's not weird. If there's no a NPC that helps to this aim, I suggested that every player takes his own gear from dungeon to not bother the GM's with that kind of NPC. So yes, it makes sense.
I just wanna have Blackrock's characteristics in this realm to improve its quality. It makes sense too.
I had though of playing Neltharion but I read a post that sometimes the server LOSES the gear of some people when they change spec and gear so i don't wanna waste my time if there exists this possibility.
Regarding to this, I just wanna play in a server with good characteristics but there's no support at this point because no staff answered my post to say something.

There must be something done about the limited nature of transmog on Warsong. In the past this wasn't a problem because Warsong used to have access to an awesome vote shop with all kinds of transmog options; however this was taken away from us for unclear and albeit senseless reasons. This has left us with far less transmog options than before. Something like an NPC with transmog sets for honor/conquest would be a good idea (and mounts for that matter). If for whatever reason they won't let us have that, then please re-open the points marketplace section for Warsong. It didn't make sense to take away something we had peacefully used for years. I could argue that this had some influence on the downfall of our population numbers.
