Technical Donation

Hi Warmane,about 1 hour ago my friend and me tried to donate on my account,using credit card,we have 10 euro +125RSD(Serbian valute)wich should be enough for donation,I just want minimal donation for skeeping que,so we filled all informations,and my donation was denied,we tried several times,checked if all was filed good,and every time i got denied,please help me,thank you!
