they did say before that account trading, like, the whole account is forbiden and the punishment for that is perma ban. So either theyll pretend they didnt see this or they will ban both of you permanently. Character (NOT account) tradeing is allowed via trade system and thats all that is allowed , anny other way of trading accounts or chars is forbidden and therefore perma-bannable. So what im saying is, you got scammed, sorry for you but thats why they dont allow account trading, so you wont get scammed.
I'm ok with both of us being banned, the only reason why I wanted that trade was because I was quitting the game and I wanted at least some sort of money for all my time spent playing here, not letting it go to waste, because I've donated a lot of coins during my time playing here.
But the guy that scammed me should also have his account(s) banned, that's why I made this thread, aside from trying to get help.
I ask that this doesn't get overlooked but result in either both of us getting banned, so he learns his lesson and starts being a decent person or me getting my account back.
usually to recover an account a player just need to contact [email protected], that is it. Do not need any forum thread.
That said you could just say "I got hacked!!!11112 pls help" like everyone, maybe it would have been better...
Well, I PM'ed them now there too, I just didn't know where to turn to since contacting a GM from this account or making a ticket from it wasn't possible.

If you tried to read the thread where you are posting you would see that you can send email to [email protected] instead of making a ticket on website.
I already sent an email but there's no answer and usually with a ticket they answer you instantly.. and I don't know if that email is even for those purposes

That email can be used for same purposes as support ticket on website. It's the same people that check it. But it's weekend now so it could take longer.
