Donate for persian users

as you know persian users cant use donate methodes site
because all of thease bann in our country
many persian users want donate but cant
i have idea for solve this problem
i can be a representation . for example buy coins from site then sell it for persian users with iranian banks
i think it is a very good way for solving this problem
