Technical Wrong character [store purchase]

I voted on the website, and I bought with 30 point : "Oathbinder, Charge of the Ranger-General". But... in the wrong character !!!!! I wanted it in my main, a feral druid called "Toutatis". How can I do ? Should I click on "return" ? Because I didn't recover the weapon yet..
Please help me :(
