Mists of Pandaria not working

So i have a problem running my Mists of Pandaria i tried everything and i get that error each time.

Does enywhone know a solution for that? P.S. (srr for my bad english)

Close WoW, delete WDB inside WoW's Cache folder, right click on MoP folder>Properties> Remove "Read-only"
