WotLK Character Trade Error

Hey,

just making sure that I'm keeping up the 24 hour response time based on your refund policy, so that is why I created an ingame ticket and one via support system, which both are not responded.

For privacy reasons I'm not giving out details, you can get them from the tickets. But basically I bought two characters, which were described as having gears. When I bought them with coins they did not have any items, neither bags, nor in bank. Also there was no hearthstone. Character was completely gone. So either the characters were scam, in which case I will get the money back from my credit card or I'm getting refund from you (?) or you can please try to recover these items, which seem to have been lost by transfering them (given the offers were not scam...).

did the character have any equip on him? becase when someone sell a Char he can decided to sell with only his gear equipped ( so no inventory = nothing in bank and bags)
About Heartstone if I am not wrong you can talk to any innkeepr ask to set his inn as "home" and you will get an HS in bag

Hey, no the character wa scompletely naked.

So it was scam? The description said it has a gearscore of 5k.

I'm demanding a refund then I guess?!

did you check his armory before to buy it?

Not really, I don't really have to when it said 5k GS I thought that it would be right. It also wrote the professions, which are luckily truely there. But also this character has a lot of achievement points, why would there be no items?

well, it is so easy and fast to click on the character name to check his armory link that I do not see any good reason to not do it.
Anyway good luck, I do not know if staff care about fake description

Well, it is a wrong description and therefore scam.

Not sure if they do care, Master Card does care and at the end it is their turn to prove it.
