Technical Donation problem / Paymentwall conversation

Hello,
I know it's not your side problem but warmane team has chosen to work with that payment method and i wan't to show my conversation with them wich only proves they have no idea what problem is causing the transaction denial. What if i can't prepaid cc card or use other method as they propose ? No answer sended from Paymentwall to my last questions.

How am i reached the maximum attempts without making a single payment ? When i will be able to use my card ? U asked from me to try transaction 2 times and now i've reached the maximum ?

Thank you for your patience. Upon reviewing the payment history on your account, it says that your credit card has reached its maximum limit of attempt thats why you wont be able to use the card at the moment. We suggest you use other payment option available in our check out page for your convenience.

I tried to donate to www.warmane.com trough paymentwall and the transaction has been denied. It's not scoring in any case because i use your payment method for the first time and it's not from my card because i buyed something else trough other platform like minutes before that. I am attaching a picture i hope it helps.

I am not sure we can do anything to fasten the process, since as far as we can do as their clients is to check when a payment has been done and by which account (which we use in case there is any issue with the coins additions on the web).
Although we might add other payment services in the future, this one is for the time being our most reliable solution.
Take in mind that at the end of the day your issues might be related to their strict security policies, hence sometimes it might take you longer to get the donation done.

I know you can't fasten the process my point was to show u that they are not doing anything about it, to be more precise this is not their problem as they said and these days forum is full with donation problem related topics. As it easily to see they are saying everyone it's scoring but it is not.
Like 6-7 hour after the conversation they didn't helped me to donate the last thing me and they wrote is in the post above and as they personally said :

First time i have problems with any payment from that card too, i've donated before without problems. The thing that is buggin me is that they told me there is no problem with my card and maked me try once more and after i tried they told me it's scoring like srsly ?!?

Cant donate using a Sbi master Card...after all the Atm card no and Otp is entered it says Transaction Failed!!!tried 3-5 times..P.S there is money in my card..What to do
