Hi so i don't know if anyone else has had this problem recently but today i was attempting to donate and it kept denying me when i was trying to purchase coins and points. I tried multiple of my credit cards and they all should have worked. I don't know if this is a problem with the website or a personal issue (which i highly doubt i have a huge credit limit on all my cards) i hope someone can get back to me on this or tell me when the problem will be fixed.

Warmane staff should contact them too ( when people wants to give u money it's not our problem is not the right thing to say ). It's not so small issue as you think. I personally tried to donate today for the first time from like a year and same problem, their answer is scoring wich is not the case nor the other card use is possible. Add some other method for credit cards skrill etc.

It's not only MasterCard, i tried Visa Same problem... I contacted paymentwall support, they didn't give me straight answer and instead of charging me 1 donation of 10euros, on my account on their page appears to have done 2 donations of 10euros "exactly" the same time and date. That's not possible and i didn't. Anyway in the end the transaction has been failed so it doesn't matter. So If warmane staff don't care to help their members donate their money to support servers neither will i. I have successfully donated and other servers with no problems. I cannot understand why it is so hard here.

Yeah, I have donated twice before and last night tried 3 different times and nothing. If I was Warmane, I would get on this ASAP... you guys are losing out on donations.

I'm also having the same problem, but when choosing the amount it changes the window to a message stating:
Dead User,
The verification process we have in place is to combat fraudulent activity and to make sure there are no problems. We apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused.
Under that is a "Start an Inquiry" button (With an ID Number above it), and will it take me to a prompt asking for my Account Statement.
This has NEVER happened before and seemed EXTREMELY suspicious. This should be being looked into ASAP, as it seems deeper than what's at face value.
(This was using a VISA payment)

I had a long conversation with them and the truth is they don't know or care for that. ( talking about Paymentwall )
It was something like : hm u can't donate let's see u don't have a problem on our system try again. i tried again and they told me your credit card has reached its maximum limit of attempt ?!? so i've reached the maximum attempts from their attempts to "fix" my problem after that no answer from them.

Same thing happened to me... I contacted them and i get best response ever... It failed coz of too many attempts try another card... Actually was only 1 attempt that failed.. I guess they dont know why transaction actually failed or they dont care...
