So can any 1 explain how its posible that from my acc disappeared all chars BUT they are still avaible on armory? I mean Blackrock. This so mutch sux for me. I started play here since 2013....

it is possible that other people took your names if you didn't properly recover/transfer your account after Moltdown or during AT merge... no idea what else it could be

this account you used to open this thread was made on "26 april 2016", so this is not the right account because the AT-Molten merge option was available between Febrary and July 2015
