WotLK Alterac Valley bug

okay, before say that is a clear bug, i'd like some1 else to confirm this.

So, to begin with i am horde.
When i am doing AV i am usually standing in towers and burning them. i am waiting full time in there so i noticed this. When alliance takes a tower(for example iceblood tower) it burns for like 4-5mins, but when i take tower(for example icewing tower) it burns for 30-60sec's longer. yeah i said longer, this got me curious like a week ago, how alliance burn towers faster than me even thought i capped them 1st.

So is it just me noticing this?
