Technical Returning Player, Question about merging

So, it's been a year and three months since i last played and my characters were on ragnaros, first time i log into the website it gave me an option to merge my characters that were inactive, anyone knows how long does the merging to Icecrown server is? i've already created a ticket but still no reply. Thanks!
