Stuck in Kezan...

Hi there! I've been stuck in Kezan on Gallywix's Yacht for 1 full day now, as Prince Gallywix won't accept the "Life Savings" item and as I'm level 10 I can't do anything more on the island.
I opened a ticket yesterday and remained online for hours both yesterday and today, but with no solution at the moment.
Can anyone help me?

Maximum response time is 3 days. You don't need to be online for it. Just make a ticket and wait for the reply.
