    Merge is concluded.

    Is this mean for me gameover for my unmerged characters? ................................ cant believe it, please tell me this is not true.............. please help!!

    Yes, the merge is concluded, however, i dont believe your characters are really wiped from the database. Try writing a ticket, there is a guide on how to do that on the forum thread "Frequently asked questions". Please folow the rules written there in order to get a proper answer/support. Good luck!

    The two servers were merged into Icecrown. You should be able to log in to that realm and your characters should just be there.
