Technical Undead Mission : The Wakening Bug can't complete the mission

The mission is to talk to 3 undead characters. I talk to 2 of them and when I go to talk to the third (Lilian Voss) I click on a dialog option and the window just closes. I cant complete the mission . I tried restarting the game.
