None Left Behind quest is bugged, panda zone is always bugged!

theres like 20 pandas here waiting for it to be fixed, before it was the jumpimg on rocks quest and now this?

It's not a side quest nobody cares about, it's a damn main quest without whom you cant progress and get off the panda starting map!!!

It use to be skippable, then they made it mandatory.
