WotLK Stuck at "authenticating" if not using proxy bypass only for this account in-gam

hello, as the title says:
Stuck at "authenticating" (right before it asks for google code) if not using proxy bypass only for this account in-game. that means other accounts work just fine, this account works fine if using proxy bypass but only for in-game login, website login is fine.I tried disabling google authentication, deleting wtf and cache, nothing worked.

So the problem is only for this account and using proxy bypass solves it, but using vpn or any other kind of software puts a huge latency making it unplayable. So its not technical obviously?

Note: this happened after the latest ddos/network shortage like 3-4 days ago.
