Disabled world pvp realm?

Alright, quick question. Is there any realm here (WoTLK, Cata or MoP) that is PvE only?

I've been playing for some time now in Neltharion and it annoys me so much getting ganked while lvling. I don't want to go to an instant max-lvl because I enjoy the lore and lvling experience (as far as bugs let me go). I used to play before the hijack and it was the best free Cataclysm experience I had... I want it again :(.

Most private servers seems to be pvp servers. and i do doubt there will be any pve servers here on warmane. I do not think there is enough players to justify it. It would cost money and time to start one and then the population would spread out over both. possible endign with one low pop server and one medium.

But had been nice if it would work. Then the ones prefereing that would have a server to

That is why I play on a different pserver (though it is a vanilla expac) and so far it is a PvE. Love it....kinda...vanilla is....different lol I love warmane and all, but they don't have what I need.
