Website account does not add my Achievment Points

Hello I have two characters, One has 1820 Achievment Points and the other have 615 Achievment Points, yet in the website it says I have 1855 Achievment Points.

Is it a bug or what?

For the second character before creating it I deleted a lvl 35 char and then created another character with the name of the deleted character is it possible something to buged out because of this?

Only unique achievements contribute towards increased points gained.

Yas say "Unique" achievements, but may we have a list of what achievements are "Unique" and what are not?
