WotLK [Druid Trainer] cannot learn higher ranked spell

Hey there,

I've just switched to Restoration on my druid Avassar. I learned all the talents but one of the spells seems to be bugging. I have Wild Growth (rank 1) in my spell book but cannot learn the higher ranks from the trainer. Also, it seems the trainers only offer rank 3 and 4. Rank 2 seems to be unavailable.

I've tried multiple trainers, respeccing, deleting my cache and logging from a different client.

Any advice?
