Rupture and energy regen as sub

In pve as combat rupture is hitting 9k ticks max, with RS and 5cp. I know I'm not the only one having this issue :( Also my regen seems ****ed even with SnD when im playing sub. Both pve and pvp regen seems WAY lower than it should be. Anyone else besides me and Susejftw notice this? This is for Frostwolf btw

**I have watched guide videos so I guess this could just be how rupture is in pve? its been ages since ive done a lot of rogue raiding, the last time being on retail MOP
