Donation went through no coins were added to my account.

Hi,

This past Sunday I made a donation. After a few days of waiting for the transaction to go through I noticed that it had been put on hold from payment wall until I provided some proof such as Photo ID and Credit Card statement from the transaction.

I provided both to payment wall and they unblocked the transaction.

The money has been taken from my account however, I have no coins added. I bought 10 coins.
