Is there a direct download available for the client?

I heard about this server from a friend, and WotLK was ultimately the best WoW experience to me, so it sounded pretty good. But... I do not trust torrents nor torrent clients. At all. Had too much malware stemming from that crap in the past, and I will not risk it again. Is there any alternate means of download? Could I perhaps just download retail via free trial, change the realmlist and the patchlist, and it'd work that way? I'd appreciate any help y'all can provide, because I really do want to play here. I just don't want to compromise my computer's security in doing so.

Okay, so I've got the client installed, and I've got the patch files downloaded but uh... I went through the mediafire links, and after extracting the contents of the .rars, I can't figure out what to do. I'm usually a tech savvy guy, but there's no installer, no instructions, and I can't figure out how these files have any place within the installation directory's file structure. Just... What the hell am I supposed to do?

Do I maybe just dump the contents into the installation directory and run the launcher? Or is running the launcher at all just an objectively terrible idea?

EDIT: I am an ***** and I hate that. I was downloading the mac versions. That's why the folders had .app on the end. I just... Dammit.

Aaaand all the mirrors for PC are down, at least for 3.x.x to 3.2.0
