That is warmane curse , that comes around every month or so i highly suggest you avoid populated area since it highly contagious.

If you can stay alive long enough, you can get rid of it by entering and exiting an instance, for example The Stockade in Stormwind (Dungeon difficulty can't be in heroic).

It comes whenever certain people choose to exploit a boss mechanic. Entering instances or just reloging works fine for me

u can get it off by giving to other people too but if they give u back u are doomed but people threat u like reported for exploit. All u did was tried to get off with problem asap.
