Hey guys, I want to make a youtube channel that would have mostly edited PvP videos(edited by me) with royalty free music in them. I plan to take the videos from twitch.tv private servers wow streamers and again, edit them and stuff.
To those that have knowledge on copyright laws: Can the owner of the twitch channel request me to take the videos down or Can I get a copyright strike for that?
Again, the videos won't be from known guys like swifty, just some skilled private servers players.

Actually i think you can, as Twitch livestreams arent under any copyright, tho i would just send msg to each streamer you want to put in your video telling them what are your plans (no need a wall of text).
I guess is up to the owner of video overall, if works the same as the music you can do whatever you want by adding in the description:

Using copyrighted music on youtube could get your video muted, you could also get the video taken down but its unlikely.

I said im going to use ''Royalty Free Music'', the kind of music that is free to use by anyone without any risk, I'm 100% sure the music won't be a problem, only the actual game play, that's what I want to know.

Just add that copyright info i typed u above,and you can put also Copyright songs as you simply state you wont make any profit.
Telling you that because i'm in touch with some famous dj (for the genre of music) and when they do a Podcast with several copyright songs,by adding that quote they never been muted yet and are years around youtube.
Same goes for videos.
