Someone entered my account and used all my emblems from all my characters to buy stuff and trade them to another character. Yesterday on one of my characters I had like 70 EoF and now they are all gone, same with another one. I worked really hard to get those emblems and now they are gone. What can I do about it?
GMs should be able to address this issue, like in all mmo's, including WoW retail.
well guess what, this isn't blizzard and you're not paying them 20€ a month to play, you're playing for free but any cash spent on xoin items will get recompensated in the event of the item being lost... of course all bets are off if you've been lack on security
I don't pay 20$ as an insurance in case of hacking. That 20$ means new content every 3 months, server stability, no bugs, etc. That kind of issues are addressed on f2p games too.

getting hacked is your fault. there's no reason warmane should compensate you for it.

Why do people keep using the "it's free" card to justify everything?
People pay $0 to play League of Legends, yet Riot Games restores your account to the exact same state it was before it got hacked

Can you give away all your in-game money and not-bound equipment to someone and then claim you were "hacked" to get it all back in your account in League of Legends?

That sitaution makes 0 sense because there's no point on giving stuff to ask it back
But yes, in League you are protected from absolutely everything except if it was explicitly related to account sharing, and they even investigate that carefully since there's stuff like PC-Bangs (which you may know what they are, if not, google it), so they can't just go around mindlessly throwing a "same IP? acc sharing!", so in case of any account-thievery issue, all your currencies, refund tokens, crafting materials, etc, get totally restored
So, no, "free" isnt an excuse to give the middle finger to players, specially when we know hackers run around free here, even when properly and explicitly reported, and if they get punished, it's a silly 1-week ban instead of a perma, like it should

hacking in game and someone else logging onto your account are 2 very different things. the only way someones going to get on your account is if your careless with your info or you download something stupid and get a keylogger. why exactly should warmane do anything if your that simple.

If that's what you think, there's nothing else I feel like adding. We have our policy, we stick to our policy.
The rest of your rambling has no place in this subject.

So, you are basically saying im right, League (as an example) protects you against any acc thievery which includes key loggers, etc, etc while being a free game, thx for reinforcing my point

Of course you've got nothing to add, you were absolutely wrong and tried to deny the fact that a free game can support their players

no, i'm saying that companies should not be protecting people from their own stupidity. which is exactly what it is if you get "hacked".
