Hi There, last night i reached level 79, and, as i aways do in any server (blizzard included), i locked my XP to do some battlegrounds, having fun and farming some honor. BUT, i joined queue 4 times, and in all those times, i waited 1 hour or more till i give up. So i wonder, people dosn't do 79 battlegrounds on Icecrown? Or the problem is me?

There are no BGs if you are not 4 something GS lvl 80 on Icecrown. Now before bunch of sensibles get their panties in a bunch, here is what I mean. Its very rare to enter a BG below 80, people focus on questing and lvling, because of the if you arent 80 you dont exist mentality. If you do entter at 79, it will be BIS twinks that stopped at 80 to avoid players with Lolmourne gravecamping you within 2 mins of Warsong Gulch. If you enter at 80, and you arent geared, you're in for a lot of /spit, /lol, /rofl from your team, whispers about how you're a noob and ruining their game, oneshots from pretty much any enemy, and you always gotta tag along, because alone you cant do anything really. But you'll get a whole lot of honor, which can help gearing a fresh 80, and you'll annoy bis fags that cant tell their time in game has passed, so thats good. So, you see, there are no BGs if you are not 4 something GS lvl 80 on Icecrown.

I have the same problem , i reached lvl 79 and lock my XP so i can farm some honor, couldnt joined any bgs, Did u try to it without locking XP?

It doesn't matter if your xp is locked or not.
Unless you want to twink, go 80, the honor gain sucks out of call to arms, this comes from a 79 twink.
