Hello me and my friend found this "new molten" my friend didnt donated on molten and he could log in with his old motlen account. i donated like 250 or more € and i couldn´t log in i dont get any help or support 2 get my char or atleast my coins back the email of the site is disabled... please can someone help me

your way to late for recovering your account/coins. was a limited time offer and it expired months ago. if ya wanna play here you'll have to start over.

but why is his account still active and mine not i didnt get any informations about that i can recover my account on this server (when molten was down)

for his account to be active he would have to have recovered it after the moltdown. and there wasn't any emails or anything sent out to notify anyone of the incident. if you didn't check in on molten/warmane once in a while you were SOL.

but i asked him he had no idea of this server till i told him its the new molten server then he tried his old login data and it worked and mine not and i was a donator...

It can't "have worked" for him. Either he isn't telling you everything, you aren't telling everything, he already had recovered the account over an year ago when it was possible, someone else recovered it... I don't know, but he did not recover anything recently - the option to recover hasn't been available for ages and even if he did recover in the far past, all he recovered was the account name, with no characters or anything in it.
You can try sending an email to [email protected] to ask about coins. The answer more than likely will be no, since you're over an year late, but the final words is their anyways.
