Connecting to stream Warmane stream page?

I am unable to connect my stream to Warmane's stream page. I have tried with different characters and different server selections but nothing seems to do the trick. Does my stream have to be approved by someone?

You didn't explain excatly what error you get when trying to connect, but where most ppl get it wrong is --- > In channel name field you have to type the name of the channel, not the link to your channel. So instead of https://www.twitch.tv/nameofchannel you have to type nameofchannel. Also don't forget to select Stream service Twitch or Hitbox.

I have had it as just the name of my channel this whole time.

Figured it out. Channel name is case sensitive.
