    Hacked account help

    hi,past 6-7 months my account was hacked and all characters was deleted i have gmail from that account help please :) the question is how i can turn back my characters?

    If you have gmail, warmane shoud give you back char's. Send them ticket or msg on fb idk...

    No, we don't manually restore characters that were deleted by the user of the account.
    It being someone else doesn't changes anything, since you're the one responsible for keeping the account secure in the first place.
