Stuck in The Wandering Isles

How do I get off. I want to get back to undercity.. MY hearth was set to undercity and in the middle of trying to get back the game froze up and when it came back up I was on the Lost Isles.. I went back to the nearest graveyard and ended up on The Wandering Isles... I am a level 74.. I had my Hearth set to undercity.. yet now it tells me it is set to the Lost Isles.. WTH.. how do I get out of this mess.

This just happened to a friend of mine on Frostwolf, any resolutions?
Opened a ticket and GM said took care of but still stuck
