Quest stuck in Icecrown - Can't progress and cap to 80 - Server: "LORDAERON"

So I completed the quest "The Last Line Of Defense" in Icecrown within the last hour of making this post. Then you are suppose to meet up with "The Ebon Watcher" NPC who alongside other NPCs should give you 5 quests in total.

"The Scourgestone"
"The Restless Dead"
"The Stone That Started A Revolution"
"It Could Kill Us All" and
"The Purging of Scourgeholme" <-- And I was ONLY offered THIS quests.

The 3 other NPCs that is suppose to give the last 4 quests: "Father Gustav" "Crusader Engineer Spitzaptrick" and "Crusader Architect Silad" didn't offer ANYTHING so here I am stuck and can't unlock the full Icecrown zone and since I dont allow rested XP to stack: I won't be able to hit 80 without getting these and the great line of quest(s) that follow completed. (At least not without MUCH tedious grinding that I'd rather NOT do as - I should really not need to)

I know by contacting the Warmane staff earlier about bugged quests in Borean Tundrad that they won't AUTO COMPLETE them: which is all good. But can they GIVE me the quests? And if not: Is there anyone on "LORDAERON" that can SHARE these quests with me? If so then contact "Renault" in game as I will be standing around for a while to wait for my ticket to be seen.

Exact same thing happened on my DK just now.
The quests cannot be shared: 'not eligible'.

It is but you can still do it. Go to the far right tower on the bottom tier of the base and SPAM 2 enough mobs will pass by and you will complete that part.

This happened for me today, I cannot advance in the zone as the quest won't start the phasing, did you find any solution regarding this problem?

Same problem here, had created a ticket, maybe you guys could also vote it up, so more people look into it (can be found under title "The Ebon Watcher" ID30312). I like that there are other tickets from 2 months ago, which are market as duplicates, but none is still confirmed! I have exactly the same problem as LordMorgraine described even though I am playing on Icecrown server

My issue is also like LordMorgraine, and from that small quest hub was the only quest offered was 'it could kill us all'. Very much a bummer to get stuck.
