My screen keeps freezing and I don't know if it's a client problem or a computer problem. I reinstalled windows to my computer and it still happened. My graphics card is a GTX 960 and that shouldn't be the problem. I really don't know if there is anything I can do to solve. I've done the whole delete the cache folder thing and that didn't work either. Would like to hear any info that can help.

some addons with wrong configuration may occurs such kind of problem

ill get back to you if this works, I downloaded the client on the warmane site now as well. so i hope addons and that will fix it.

just wondering. it occurs when u use alt + tab function ? if yes i ll suggest something another

it doesnt because i have it in windowed mode it just happens randomly. the screen freezes then it gets slightly white then i choose terminte it or wait for it to respond.

I have pretty much the same problem. I keep getting those split-second freezes (audio and video) totally random. It's like the game skips a frame or something. Doesn't happen often, but it's very annoying
