I've been attempting to donate for the past 3 hours, it constantly gives me the same error:

"The transaction has been denied
Payment reference: <some number>"

I have the required funds on my cc, I triple checked.
I constantly use my cc to purchase online goods, this is the first time an error has popped up.
It's frustrating as hell, I sent a private message to Proterean, but he seems to be offline. Help?
