i can't reach the pool before the rocks' top. it wants me to jump over the rocks and reach the pool but my character stucked on top of the rocks how can i go through pls help

i went for turn in the quest and after i played with water spirit but now i need to mount a carter for next quest and my char doesnt... what a mess game it became
