Technical Server disconnects more often than normal and lags increased

Been playing for past few days and noticed that server is a bit unstable with several crashes in a short period of time and increased lags while pvping or raiding, wonder if this has anything to do with recent patches but really hope the staff is already looking into it, just wanted to know how the other ones are experiencing this as well.
