Pandaria stucked at the lost isles

At the first place I've been at the dustwallow marsh and girl goblin picked me up in the air with plane to save me from some creatures in the swamp, in about 5 minutes of flying she droped me at stonetalon mountains in the sea outta of the area so I started dieing and picked homecoming stone to teleport me back at my inn, but somehow the place was replaced with the lost isles and now I'm there, I cant see goblins just wolves and birds and can't press nothing just roam around, what can I do right now ? I think it's bugged, I'm level 47 worgen warrior and I can't go back to kalimdor, please help.
