Weird Valor Bug

i have valor 2985 (max valor 3000)
my weekly cap valor is still 515/1000

so i went daily at temple of jade serpent, i completed 4 quests, so my valor will be 2985 + 20 = 3005 > should be 3000 and 515 + 20 = 535/1000.
and guess what? my valor cap/week suddenly 1000/1000 BOOM! i don't understand why but this is normal?
so yeah i know i can't do nothing about it, but it feels sad :( i don't know warmane staff could do anything about it

Ye its normal here, and dont even fatigue to write ticket or soemthing coz they will just say u 'oommhmmhm omhmhm eee we will look into it, bye' and nothing will change.

Just try to not max your valors is the only way to live here.
