Hi guys, why cant i see npc/players a little bit farther away, i only see those who are near me, i am standing in Ogrimmar bank yet i can't see the npcs/players in the gate and even in the auction and yet i see those near me. Is it in the video settings or latency?

What are your video settings? There is the environment section under graphics settings where you can actually modify the viewing distance and environment details.

I have it on ultra settings.

it is setted by the server, you can not change it.
If you are playing on Icecrown it has been setted so low to avoid lag
