Forum Donation - skip queue?

Hey i'm just curious if it's still possible to donate money to warmane and skip queue for Icecrown? And if so, how much do I need to donate and do I need to spend the coins?
I know that this was implemented for Lordaeron a while ago, just curious if this still is the case and does it apply on Icecrown aswell?

any donation (believe minimum is 10€ = 10 coins) will grant queue skip and enable the creation of a death knight without a lvl 55+ character on the realm as well as grant access to the premium subforum on the forums
