WotLK t10.5 (264) refund issue

Greetings. When I buy t10.5(264 ilvl) and then when i try to refund them, I get back the t10(251 item) and the mark. However when I try and trade the 251 item for frost emblems, they are not within the 2 hour refund time period? Can I get my frost emblems back, in exchange for the two pieces?

The item you got as refund is no longer the original item you bought. I don't know if it's supposed to work like that but if it doesn't let you get refund for that then there is nothing that can be done about it. GMs don't give, exchange or refund any items.

You have to make a support ticket in game if you want a GM to inform you directly that he can not help you. They don't usually check forum.
